Ownership: Energy360 engineered the plant for Teys Australia.

Overview: Teys Australia’s Naracoorte site engaged Energy360 to update their anaerobic fermenter to an anaerobic lagoon with gas capture, with completion in 2019. This required a biogas deliver-to-generator and flaring system. By-products from the processing plant and wastewater are directed to a single covered anaerobic pond (CAL) to capture biogas and produce bioenergy. The generator uses the biogas to constantly generate electricity, displacing costly grid-sourced electricity and reducing the plant’s carbon emissions substantially.
