Carbon Neutral Fuels (CNF) is a global low carbon liquid fuels platform developer, building projects across the aviation and marine sectors. Its flagship project, Project Starling, is a sustainable aviation fuel facility under development in Workington, UK, alongside Project Osprey, a marine fuels project in Scotland. In September 2026, CNF signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Australian developer Energy Estate to explore a sustainable aviation fuel facility in North Queensland using sugarcane agricultural waste as feedstock, marking CNF's first step into the region.
